Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping and mincing as needed.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and cook the ground pork until browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
