  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: shred cabbage, julienne carrots, and chop onions and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and ginger to make the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro, tossing gently.
  4. Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss until well coated; let sit for 5-10 minutes.
