- 1 boneless turkey breast (about 3–4 pounds)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the turkey breast, then trim excess fat.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; rub over the turkey.
- Optional: Sear the turkey in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer turkey to the crockpot and pour chicken broth around it, drizzling lemon juice over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove turkey and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice against the grain, serve with broth, and garnish with parsley.
