Ingredients

  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz of penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Place seasoned chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  7. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  8. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir gently.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
