- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (1 ounce) of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients and place chicken in the crockpot.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in a bowl.
- Add sliced mushrooms over the chicken (optional).
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken and mushrooms.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken after cooking.
- Mix shredded chicken with gravy in the crockpot.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta, garnished with parsley.

- Feel free to adjust seasonings to your taste.
- For a thicker gravy, reduce the amount of chicken broth.
