Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
- Layer chicken, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in the Crock Pot.
- Add chicken broth, ensuring chicken is submerged, and set on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken and return it to the pot.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley and optional pasta.
