Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: chop cabbage, dice onion and garlic.
  2. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add garlic and cabbage with seasonings and cook until tender.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl until light and frothy.
  4. Combine sautéed mixture with eggs, ricotta, and half the mozzarella.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch dish.
  6. Fill the crust with the cabbage mixture and top with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set.
  8. Mix sour cream and dill for the sauce.
  9. Let the pie cool, then serve with dill cream sauce.
