- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook penne pasta until al dente and steam broccoli until bright green.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream and pesto sauce until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and sauce in a large bowl, mixing until well coated.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil and transfer the pasta mixture into it.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta bake.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly; broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy topping if desired.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add garlic powder or lemon juice to the sauce for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
