Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add minced garlic.
- Add ground turkey, season, and cook until browned.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
