Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.

- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
- Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce, adjusting with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Top pasta with sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
