Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and let sit.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chicken until golden brown.
- Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer until thickened.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and more Cajun seasoning if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Adjust spice level by varying the amount of Cajun seasoning.
- For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
