Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; cook until golden brown.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add orzo and toast for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until orzo is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream until combined.
- Add shredded cheese and mix until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
