Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and boil cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until coated.
  4. Fold in cauliflower gently to maintain florets’ shape.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
