Instructions
- Prepare the cowboy butter by mixing softened butter, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, and salt. Refrigerate.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Let the grilled steak rest for 5-10 minutes covered with foil.
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Toast the slider buns in a skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders with lettuce, steak slices, cowboy butter, and optional toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
