- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter, for greasing the pan

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and set aside the icing.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Arrange the quartered cinnamon roll pieces in the greased dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and press down gently. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Drizzle the reserved icing over the warm bites.
- Serve warm, optionally with maple syrup and toppings.
