Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Melt chocolate chips and cool slightly, then swirl into the dough.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden; cool on a wire rack.
