Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: wash and chop spinach, slice mushrooms, dice onion, and mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, season, and cook until golden brown.
- Add onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Incorporate mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer to meld flavors.
- Stir in cream and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Adjust seasonings to taste, adding salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve garnished with parsley if desired.
