Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients, pat chicken breasts dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
