Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the shredded chicken and diced ham in a large bowl.
- Fold in the Swiss and cheddar cheeses, reserving some for topping.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and ham mixture, stirring to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Combine reserved cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
