- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ¼ cup croutons (optional, for crunch)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and rinse.
- Dice cooked chicken or cook raw chicken until done, then let rest.
- Chop romaine lettuce and halve cherry tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine pasta, chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes; toss gently.
- Add Caesar dressing and mix until everything is well-coated.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and croutons; toss again.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
