Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Gather and prep all ingredients, shredding the chicken and chopping the spinach.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth in a large bowl.
- Fold in shredded chicken and spinach, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
- Breadcrumbs are optional for added crunch.
