  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients, shredding the chicken and chopping the spinach.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth in a large bowl.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and spinach, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  9. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
