Ingredients

- 1 pound of flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: slice flank steak, rice cauliflower, slice onion and bell pepper, and mince garlic.
- Cook riced cauliflower in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Remove cauliflower, sauté onion and bell pepper in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes, then add garlic.
- Add flank steak, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and layer ingredients in a baking dish: cauliflower, veggies, steak, then cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley, cool slightly, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite herbs or spices.
- Chill leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat for a quick meal.
