Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and soften cream cheese; preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk, and lemon juice until creamy.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and pinch seams together.
  4. Cut dough into triangles about 4 inches wide.
  5. Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point and tuck the tip underneath.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
