- 2 cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Optional toppings: fruit preserves, chocolate drizzle, or whipped cream
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and soften cream cheese; preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk, and lemon juice until creamy.
- Unroll crescent dough and pinch seams together.
- Cut dough into triangles about 4 inches wide.
- Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point and tuck the tip underneath.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
