Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare bell peppers by slicing off tops and removing seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, half the cheddar, and spices until combined.
  3. Stuff each pepper with the chicken mixture and place upright in a baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes until tender.
