Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients, ensuring cream cheese is softened.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Pour in the beer and mix until well combined.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; adjust seasoning to taste.
- Fold in the chopped bacon.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm with dippers.
