- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.
- Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add BBQ chicken and coleslaw, then fold and roll tightly.
- Secure with a toothpick if necessary and serve with extra BBQ sauce.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Adjust seasoning in coleslaw to taste.
