- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Marinate chicken in two-thirds of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and soak wooden skewers if using.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.
- Brush reserved sauce over skewers in the last few minutes of grilling, then serve.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
- Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning on the grill.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the skewers for extra flavor.
