  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Marinate chicken in two-thirds of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.
  7. Brush reserved sauce over skewers in the last few minutes of grilling, then serve.
