Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil salted water and cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to create a roux, then gradually add milk and stir until thickened.
- Reduce heat, add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan, and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Combine macaroni with cheese sauce in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, optionally topping with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
