- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
- Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
- Marinate chicken in a resealable bag or dish for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place marinated chicken in the dish, pouring remaining marinade over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with parsley or dill and serve.

- For best flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 4 hours.
- Adding vegetables to the baking dish can enhance the meal.
