Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken in a resealable bag or dish for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  5. Place marinated chicken in the dish, pouring remaining marinade over it.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with parsley or dill and serve.
