- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Season salmon fillets with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange seasoned salmon in the baking dish and top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
