  • 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop vegetables: carrots, bell peppers, and slice green onions.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce; simmer.
  5. Add chopped carrots and bell peppers; cook until tender.
  6. Stir in green onions just before removing from heat.
  7. Assemble wraps by placing beef mixture in lettuce leaves and folding.
